Looking for 1–2 people (preferably 2) to take over our lease for a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment.
*Must be a graduate student or professional (no undergrads allowed).*
**Move-in:** Flexible anytime after May 2, 2026 (August 1st preferred, but we’ll work with your timeline)
**Option to renew** for the following year
Both bedrooms available — take the full unit with a roommate or just one room. Happy to help match roommates if needed.
