The apartment can be set up as either a spacious 1 bedroom apartment, or if the kitchen door is used as the main entrance, the front room can become an extra large bedroom/office with its own exterior entrance. The 2 fireplaces are currently non-functional, but we can discuss activating them. You may either bring your own washer and dryer and use the existing hookups in the kitchen, or you may use the on-site laundry accessible through the basement cellar door.
There is also limited storage space available on-site.
This apartment covers much of the ground floor of a historic mansion located on the Ninth Street Hill next to the Haan Museum and its nature trail. It is a 15 minute walk from downtown Lafayette, and a 15 minute bike ride from the Purdue Memorial Union.
