This is a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment and I am looking for a sublease to take my apartment for the spring semester starting January 2026. My current roommate will be staying at this apartment and he is a very good roommate. He does his share of dishes, keeps a clean bathroom, respects privacy, and willing to share. One thing to note is that the bedroom does not come with a bed, desk, chair, or dresser. However, what I did was that the leasing office has a deal where you can rent all of these for $40/month which is a great deal given that all these amenities are provided. The bed is a full bed which is larger than most apartment sized beds.
