Looking for a sublet for the Spring semester. Will pay signing fee. Looking for female to SUBLET my room for the Purdue spring semester as I am graduating. My roommate is clean and kind. You must be a clean person and willing to clean up after yourself. The lease runs until July 21, 2026, and the start date is negotiable (end of December to early January).
This is a townhouse in a quiet area of West Lafayette near Meijer. Rent is $623 per month including all fees. Electricity, water, gas, and wifi will be split with the other tenant. I will cover the signing fee for the lease.
Furniture: I can leave the bed if wanted, but you will need to dispose of or take it with you after the lease ends.
Amenities: In-unit laundry, garage (the lifting stuff will be cleared out), kitchen, central heat and AC, pet-friendly (subject to roommate approval).
Pictures of the unit are included. There is parking all around the complex, and this is outside of the 1.5 mile radius so that you will be eligible for a C permit for Purdue. Message me if you would like to tour the apartment.
