There is available street parking, but you do need a permit from the Village of Oak Park (parking may be paid up until January 2025 but I will have to make sure of this first). To be approved, you will need a 625-credit score with no evictions (there may by other requirements they look into, but this info is per management office), rent is 1325 per month and you have to make 3x as much of what the rent costs. Apt includes 3 closets located in the living room, bdrm, and hallway. AC window unit I will leave for tenant. Tenant pays, gas, electric, and any cable/internet. Water is paid for by management.
