9 Person Suite (w/ 4 Bathrooms) - Individual bedrooms, shared small living room and bathroom with one or two other people, and shared kitchen and large living space. Utilities are billed separately at a flat rate of $120/month per person
The new Wesley living spaces are designed for students to live in an intentional community with one another. You do not need to subscribe to a specific religion or faith to live in the house, but all residents must agree to live in a covenant community that encourages positive interactions and activities in the house. See below for our full covenant agreement.
As construction progresses, we may be able to offer a limited number of tours. The apartment spaces will be accessible by elevator. Construction will be finished before July 31, 2026.
