Looking to sublet my room over the summer:
-Starting June 1st and ending July 31st. You can move in for free mid-May, but it has to be discussed.
-Mattress. bedframe, desk and chair provided by me.
-No dresser
-No pets allowed
-Balcony
-Kitchen
-Apartment fully furnished
It's one of the three rooms in the apartment unit, 1 shared restroom. Only one other roommate (male grad) will be present for the most part of the summer. It has a closet.
It's $580 a month without including wifi and electricity, which will be split between you and my one roommate.
Laundry unit in apartment complex. The apartment is only a 10 min walk from PMU.
