I'm subleasing my spacious private room from winter until summer (move in dates flexible). I'm subleasing for a discount at $650 (rent was originally $900) but the rent price is negotiable! This house is fully furnished, and the room already has a bed (BED FRAME INCLUDED BUT NOT PICTURES), 2 closets, clothing rack, shoe rack, desk, and nightstand. (furnishings can also be removed if you prefer) The house is a great location near the Capitol and State St and has lots of big windows and hardwood floors, a dining room, living room, screen-in porch, and a balcony. Laundry is free in unit, and we have a tv with various streaming channels as well. There will be 5 people total in the house including you, so you would only share the bathroom with one other person. We are all girls and do a lot of group dinners and movie nights together, so it is a very fun and cozy vibe.
