Hello! I am looking for an individual to take over my lease for the 23/24 school year. I love the apartment, the building, and the location but am not returning to Purdue this year. It is a second story studio apartment/one bathroom with a large closet space that can be used as a bedroom. It is around 311sq ft. I added a window air conditioner that will stay. A great feature is the full kitchen! The location is right across the street from Harry’s, Mad Mushroom, and a short walk from all the businesses on Chauncey Hill! It is also only around a 5-minute walk to the heart of campus. The rental is through Granite and rent is $760 per month plus $60 for a parking space. All you are responsible for is electricity and wifi. Laundry is available on site for a small fee.
