About me:
I'm Evan (22M) and I'm looking for a roommate. This house is just too big! I am a Purdue student graduating Spring 2024. I would prefer another student so our schedules can align. If you are interested, please contact me at (317)670-6788 so we can meet up and be friends, and you can get a tour.

About the house:
I have 1 bedroom (14.5' x 13'), 1 bathroom, and 1 living space (15.5' x 11.5') to rent out. All furniture in the pics is available for you to use. Since the bathroom is on the ground floor and contains the washer and dryer, it won't be completely private (guests using the bathroom and me doing my laundry). The rest of the first floor (kitchen, dining room, sunroom, and fenced-in backyard) are communal spaces.

Location:
The house is in Perrin, a historic neighborhood. The street it's on is very peaceful, and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street Lafayette where all the bars, restaurants, and shopping are. The ideal way to get to campus is by bike or electric scooter/longboard if you have one. The ride takes 12 minutes to get to PMU.

Utilities:
We will be splitting electric ($150 in summer, $80 in winter), gas ($30 in summer, $150 in winter), and internet ($60). Everything usually totals a little over $200/month
