Hey guys, I'm studying abroad and subleasing a one bedroom/one bathroom in a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment at the Avenue on College for the spring semester (January 2023-July 2023). I have two female roommates who are really nice and laid-back! Rent is $849 a month + utilities, which is usually around $20-$30. The apartment is fully furnished, and the room comes with a bed, desk, desk chair, side table, dresser, and shower rod.
Some amenities include a 24-hour gym, study rooms on each floor, and a game area and study cubicles in the lounge. The apartment has a convenient location: it is less than a 10 minute walk to Kirkwood and 15-20 minute walk to campus, and the campus shuttles come every 15 minutes.
