- This is a lease takeover which would begin August 2021. Lease can begin later if needed (September or October).

- You fill out an application with The Lodge management for Apartment 12107-A, Nevada floorplan. Inform management that you are doing a Lease Takeover. After you are approved, you will sign a Lease per usual and move into Bedroom A and Bathroom A.
- You will have Bedroom A and Bathroom A all to yourself!
You share the kitchen, laundry, and living with one or two other female tenants.
- You have a closet with storage shelves in your bedroom and plenty of storage space under the bed. You also have a desk and dresser in your room which provide additional storage space.
- In the kitchen, there is a second large storage closet which you will share with the other tenants.
- The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a new dishwasher, new stove, new microwave, new fridge, new sink, a pantry, and plenty of cupboards (top and bottom).
- In the living area, a large TV (mounted to wall) and furniture are already included. The seating is faux-leather and easy to clean.
- Finally, in the laundry room, you have a washer, dryer and storage shelves above the appliances.
- Parking is free.
You can pay extra each month for covered parking if you'd like.
- If you have a dog or cat, feel free to bring them as long as they are under 75 pounds! The monthly pet rent is $25.00.
There is a one time pet deposit of $350 to $450.00. Service animals are also welcome but you have to bring the correct paperwork.
- After you pay the first month of rent, the apartment officially becomes yours for the year!
