The washing machine and dryer are also inside the apartment. It also has centralized electric heating and cooling. Temperature can be set using a digital thermostat. Smoke detectors are installed in each room. There is no shortage of parking space however only open car parking space is available.
->The apartment is managed by Granite Student Living.
->3 miles from Purdue Memorial Union by road in the North West direction. 10 to 20 minutes (by bus) on a working day to reach anywhere on campus. Two buses provide their services to this apartment 35 and 4B. During holidays and vacation 4B comes to this place from morning to evening at a frequency of 30 minutes to 1 hour. 35 is free for residents of The Quarters and 4B is free for people either working or studying at the University.
