FIRST MONTH FREE!!! 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Each bedroom has a full bathroom connected to the room. Each bedroom has a deadbolt lock in addition to the deadbolt on the front door. There is a shared kitchen area with plenty of cabinet space. If you ask nicely the other roommates will probably lend you cookware because I didn’t have any. Most of us clean our dishes by hand but there is a functioning dishwasher. It’s just easier to wash them by hand because we never fill the dishwasher up to validate running it. There’s a huge pantry where everyone has there one 5ft long shelf. The pantry also has a front loading washer and dryer. There’s a high table that seats six. There is also a couch and smallish couch in front of a large tv that includes cable. Internet is also included, but it can be unreliable tbh. There is a bus that will take you to campus every 20 minutes, and there’s another bus that takes people to Walmart. Bus will also go to Cactus on Thursday nights!! Everyone has their own parking spots too. Girls only, but guys can visit just not rent. Queen size bed, desk, dresser supplied. FIRST MONTH FREE!!!
