I am moving at the end of Fall 2018 semester and am looking to transfer
my lease over to someone else for the remainder of the year-long lease
(the lease will go until July, 31 2019). The lease itself is individual
so you are only responsible for the $529.00 per month payment. The rent
for the month of December will be already paid so you will only be
responsible for the months of January through July. You will have a male
roommate who is 22 years-old and is a student at Purdue
University. Electric is the only utility not included in the monthly
payment, which you will split with the other roommate from the unit. The
total electric bill each month is typically anywhere from
$80.00-$90.00, so you would pay half that price to the other roommate
who takes care of the electric bill each month.
The living room is fully furnished with a TV stand, coffee table, and
couches. I will be leaving most dishware and silverware at the apartment to be utilized.
I'm hoping to move out somewhere between December 13, 2018 and December
20, 2018. The new resident will have to contact me and we will need to
get together and fill some lease transfer paperwork out. This would also
be a good time to meet the other roommate of the unit.
River Market is conveniently located within walking distance to Purdue University and minutes from restaurants, shopping, entertainment and nightlife. Chauncey Village and the Levee are just down the street. A walk over the bridge takes you to the sister city of Lafayette where you have access to a variety of activities, restaurants and shops.
