Sunflower II Apartments are on N. College Ave., a 15 minute walk to the center of campus. These are ideal for 1 person. We don't recommend double occupancy here, better at Sunflower I. (see other posting) The apartments all have built in book shelves, mini-blinds, disposal, stove and fridge. They are 5 minutes from the nearest laundromat and are on 3 different bus lines including the IU campus shuttle. The leases begin Aug. 15, 2019 but we may have some earlier. Tenants have to let us know by Dec. 23rd if they are renewing or not. Our tenants love us. Of course we get a stinker now and then but overall our tenants are great!
