Sunflower I on N. Maple Street are 560 square feet, lots of parking, on the #2 bus line and 2 blocks from the campus shuttle. Tenants are mostly very quiet graduate students. Noisy and disruptive is not an option with us. We promise quiet nights. 99% of our tenants love us. Of course now and then we get a stinker. :) We love our tenants and want you to be happy living with us. Most apartments will be available Aug. 15, 2019 but I may have a few available earlier.
