Fraternity Room. Different sizes of rooms to choose from. Typical room is 10 x 10. Each room comes with a twin bed, desk, chair, and dresser. Common areas of the Fraternity house are also available to use. You do not have to join the Fraternity. We just have some extra rooms this year to rent. Fraternity (male facility) has some extra rooms to rent out. (fall 2025/spring 2026) You do not have to join the Fraternity. You would have your own room...no roommate. Two blocks from Math/Science. On site parking. Meal plan (mandatory) M-F lunch and dinner. One semester lease available. Laundry on site. Must be a student or grad student. Sand volleyball, pool/ping pong table in the common areas.
