The Athena
Ethos is the newest in Student Living- Leasing for August 2018.
The Athena is fully furnished and has modern espresso
cabinetry, grey plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, satin nickel hardware,
white woodwork, 2-panel interior doors and a full-size washer and dryer.
Water and 1G internet are included in the monthly rent. Electric is the
responsibility of the resident. Cable TV packages are available through
AT&T U-verse.
When you get back to your studio after a long day of classes and want to
relax…we have you covered. Your living area will be furnished with a
comfortable sofa, end table, coffee table and entertainment stand. Plenty of
room for a movie night, game night or a study group. The Athena does not have a balcony.
