I need to find someone to take over my lease at Granite Management's brand new apartment building. They just finished building the complex in august and I haven't even moved in yet so everything is completely brand new. I have a family emergency and my family needs me back home so I need to lease this place to someone else ASAP. Rent is $960 and everything is included except for electric. Parking is also included. It's on the first floor so you have your own entrance. Two bedrooms...one room doesn't have a window so it's technically considered a den. Really beautiful. I hate to have to leave.
