The only other expense you need to worry about is electricity which is no more than $100 depending on AC usage. Master bedroom includes a walk-in closet that leads into a private bathroom. Second bedroom is directly across a small hall from the other bathroom, and comes with a sizable closet as well. Kitchen was recently redone and includes a Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator. The room is on the bottom floor and includes a walkout balcony, which opens up to a large open grass area.
Move in available as soon as August 1st, and the lease ends July 17th of 2018. Apartment will be spotless and ready for move-in.
