I have a two-bedroom townhouse that has 1,330 square feet. It also has 1.5 baths and is very spacious with lots of outdoor lighting. The whole townhouse will be furnished except for the guest bedroom, which is a very good-sized bedroom. The kitchen is very open with an island in the middle and comes complete with a microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. As stated earlier, I have 2 cats so I would prefer a roommate who does not have animals of their own but also does not mind cats. As far as monthly utilities, I am still working on getting those set up, but I have been told that they run an extra 900-100 dollars per month for gas, electric, and water. The Willow Bend Townhouse Property is approximately 4 miles away from Purdue campus. It is home to two-and-three bedroom townhouses. They are located in a very quiet and spacious area that have their own landscaping and backyard area. Tenants are not required to keep up with yard maintenance. Willow Bend is also pet friendly, but I currently have 2 cats and would prefer no other pets since one of my cats does not get a long with other cats/dogs. I am currently looking for a professional or graduate student to move into the two-bedroom townhouse I am currently renting.
