I am moving out of town and would like to transfer my lease. The apartment is in very good condition and never had problems with bed bugs or similar. I was the only occupant for 2 years (non-smoker, do not own pets). The apartment comes with a washer/dryer unit and standard kitchen appliances. It is on the first floor with very good balance of privacy and low noise. It is easily accessible when moving in.
Central electric air conditioning is used both for heating and cooling. My microwave and cable internet modem are available for free.
