The House
The living room, kitchen, two and a half full bathrooms, basement, and yards are shared among all residents in the house.!!!BR!!
All area is air-conditioned in summer/ heated in winter. Strong and fast Wi-Fi signals are available in the entire house.There are two living rooms in the house:- The first one is in the basement (as in first two pictures below) and comes with a huge sectional sofa, a coffee table, a 50" flat TV with Roku installed to watch a wide variety of movies and TV shows. Netflix account is also provided. It's perfect for you to enjoy movies/ TV while sharing meals/
- The second on is on the main floor and comes with a big extendable study desk, a love seat, and a seater. It's perfect for you to study.
The kitchen, in the basement, comes with cooking stove, full-sized fridge, microwave oven, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and utensils for your home-cooked meals. You have your own cabinet to store your food.Two and a half full bathrooms, one on each floor, are shared. One has with a bath tub, and the other one has a shower. Hot water is available at all times.The laundry room, with washer and dryer, and trash rooms are in the basement.Transportation
- Walking: You can walk to Purdue University in about 20 min. The route is straightforward and safe.
- Buses: The 4A and 6B buses stop North of the house and there is a 2 min walk to the house. The 3 bus at the same stop will take you to the Tippecanoe Mall. These buses also go to various shopping complexes. There is another bus stop 5 min away, and from there you can take 1B and 23 buses to Purdue University, and the bus ride should take 5-10 min depending on which part of the campus you go to.
The bus terminal (also the train and Greyhound stations) is 7 min walk from the house; you can take any bus there.
Buses are free for Purdue students/ staff. - Car: Driving to Purdue takes less than 5 min, and free on-street parking is available in front of the house and ample parking space by the backyard.
