Burcham Place Apartments are brand new! They have LARGE kitchens with all new appliances and granite counter tops. These kitchens come with matching dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The granite island in the middle is extremely large and can be used as a breakfast/dining area as well. The apartment is open style living. The living room is huge and comes furnished with all of you living room needs. It will come with a matching couch, coffee table, end table, lamps, sofa chair, and entertainment center! Connected to your living room is the walk out balcony that curves around the side of the building to a large outdoor patio area. We are located just north of downtown East Lansing and MSU campus. It is no more than a 10 minute walk to Grand River. On those cold days, you can take the CATA bus which starts and stops directly in front of Burcham Place.
