I'm studying here for the Fall semester only, but the contract is for a whole year. I'm looking for someone to rent the apartment from Januari 2016 on. If I find someone to rent the apartment, I just have to pay a small amount of money to convert the contract to the next inhabitant.
The apartment and the rooms are really nice and big. You'll have 3 other housemates, with whom you share the kitchen, the livingroom (with big tv), the washing machine and the dryer. Everyone has an own room with bathroom (toilet and shower/bathtub). The bathroom + the entire apartment is already furnished. There is In-unit laundry and there are patio storage closets.
