I'm only moving out of this place because I'm getting married. But with all the amenities, convenient location, and very reasonable pricing, I was planning to stay here indefinitely. I renewed my lease back in December without hesitation, but alas, I have to get married and stuff, so here I am trying to have someone to take my lease. But seriously, I've been at Purdue for the past 8 years, and this place is definitely the best place I've ever lived in.

Right next door to Walmart
Dedicated bus stop route 1B toward campus and and downtown - bus comes once every 30 minutes, and I would walk 2 minutes to the bus stop to get to campus and back. You can also take the bus to Walmart and back. It takes literally 1 minute for the bus to get there.

Clean, quiet, affordable, and homely

Individual lease - and so far NO OTHER ROOMATES YET. If lucky, you might seriously have the ENTIRE APARTMENT TO YOURSELF!
