The front door opens into our kitchen area and the kitchen area bleeds into the living space. The living space is quite large with two couches and a TV. There is a ladder into Gab'es loft. From the kitchen area there is a hallway with my bedroom, the other bedroom, the full bathroom and a large storage closet.
Hello, my name is Katie and my roommate, Gabe, and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for mid June 2016-August 2017. Rent for June and July will be discounted since you will be subleasing from our previous roommate who won't be here for the summer. After her lease is up and you take on your own lease the rent will be $416/month and it includes everything except electric. Electric is about$25/month. We live within walking distance to Purdue's campus and are both students. The room we are looking to fill has it's own half bath. There is also a full bathroom in the shared hallway. Gabe lives in a lofted area of the apartment and I live in the other bedroom downstairs. Our living area is furnished with two couches, a coffee table, an end table, a TV stand and a TV. We also have a small island in the kitchen for extra counter space. Dishwasher in unit. Laundry in the building. Shops and restaurants in the same complex. Cable and internet included in rent. Central AC and heat. Free parking in lot behind building. Room not furnished. We keep a clean apartment. We are looking for a respectful roommate who can agree on how the apartment should be kept.
