I am looking for someone to live in a spacious studio available on the third floor of the Studio 11 apartments for the Spring 2017 (Summer is available too) academic term. This studio's kitchen comes with plenty of countertop space, a full-size refrigerator, sink with garbage disposal, a half-size dishwasher, microwave and a full-size oven. In the bathroom there is a shower/bath, a toilet, window, sink with vanity and access to a large walk-in closet. In the living space, there is plenty of space with access to the balcony. The apartment has vaulted ceilings with a sky light, allowing for lots of natural light to shine in the apartment. There is also a free, guaranteed parking spot behind the apartment.
