Your room (not furnished) and bathroom are on the lower level. They are far removed from the rest of the house, so you have a lot of privacy. Your room is very large (23x15 ft) -- the current occupant uses it as a bedroom and living room in one. The other living areas (two other bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room) are on the main level. We use the extra bedroom on the lower level as a guest room and occasionally have a friend stay there.
Your housemates are two engineering PhD students in their last year of study at Purdue (one male and one female). We like a quiet lifestyle and responsible/respectful roommates. One of us has lived at the house for five years, considers it home, and takes pride in keeping the house nice. We have had several housemates -- some who like to hang out and be social with us and some who like to keep in their room a lot. Either way works for us. We would prefer to meet you for lunch/coffee to find out if you're a compatible housemate.

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood.
3300 sq ft. 4 bed / 3 bath. Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. We will have three occupants. The house is a 10 minute walk to the engineering mall, 15 minute walk to Happy Hollow Park, and an outdoor track very close by. Our neighbors are a mix of students and families with children. We have the common areas furnished with our furniture, but are flexible if you have some things. There's a two-car attached garage to share between the three of us.
