Off campus house located by Happy Hollow park. Need to occupy the 2 extra rooms in the house. Rooms will need to be furnished, have new wood floors and paint jobs. New utensils and rest of the house is furnished nicely. I am currently a Purdue student and my roommate is moving out in May. I will be here over the summer and a summer lease is available, otherwise the lease starts the beginning of August.
I am currently living in a 3 bedroom house and in need of 1-2 more roommates. House includes: kitchen (stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer), living room, garage, 1 1/2 bathrooms, backyard, deck, grill, fully furnished, freshly painted and renovated, available parking, new carpeting, rooms include full length mirrors on closets, only need to provide your bedroom furnishings. The house is about 3-4 miles from triple X but will have to drive to campus.
