Room Size is about 13X14 feet The kitchen is fully loaded with all one needs for any cooking needs. It also has enough shelf space for all the tenants in the house The living room is fully furnished with sofa, love seat and chair and entertainment center. The utilities are already setup and one does not have to worry about trying to get them on. Internet is available wireless and by LAN.
All utilities including internet (high speed cable from comcast), Water, Electric and Gas are charged at flat rate of $100 per month.
