The unit is a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor and it has a cute patio in the front. Right now I do not have a roommate so the 2nd bedroom door is locked so everything would be yours. It is a furnished apartment that I am looking for someone to take my lease over all the way from March 1 through August 31. The rent includes all of your utilities including Internet and cable. This is for UW students, it is a part of HFS so you don't have to pay the 500 dollar fee to leave.
It has a fitness center, free laundry, ping pong table, a community room, RA's, and package and mail retrieval.
