Contemporary furniture designs and warm tones makes this apartment feel so cozy! You also get private bathrooms inside your own bedroom suite. All of our apartment homes come fully furnished! From the sofa, chair and entertainement center, right down to the bed, frame, dresser and computer desk inside each bedroom. Just bring your clothes, electronics and personal items and you're settled in!
We have also included full size washer and dryers inside each apartment home for ease and convenience - no more lugging heavy baskets of clothes in the snow just to go to a laundromat!
We have also provided the cable tv and internat for you as well. Just plug in and go!

We are a 432 bed community providing students with spacious 4 Bedroom/4 bathroom floorplans. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and we do individual leases! We are conveniently located on CATA Bus Route #26 and we provide all of our students with FREE semester bus passes!
