I have an amazing 1 bedroom/1bath apartment that I need to sublet or transfer the lease to someone else. It will be available December 2015 through July 2016. I can leave my furniture if desired. This apartment is 580 sqft and has an awesome kitchen and huge bedroom with 2 closets. All utilities except electric are included (cable, internet, water, garbage etc). There is an in unit washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Great location, right in the heart of the Chauncey hill restaurant and bar area and just two blocks from the Purdue Memorial Union.There is also a sheltered parking garage attached to the complex to park your car. I signed this lease but due to a change in plans, I will be living elsewhere for the 2015-16 year. This lease is available to anyone. Please contact me with any questions. I can be flexible with sublease dates if necessary and can be slightly flexible with rent.
Amazing location! Right in the center of all of the restaurants and bars in the chauncey hill area. Staff is great and very responsive to requests. Parking garage connected to apartment complex. Gym, movie theater, game room, and multiple common areas and patios with grills and tables and chairs.
