I am a college student, who bought a house in south lafayette (about 7 minutes from Purdue and 5 minutes from Ivy Tech) I have a spare bedroom I am looking to rent. It can be furnished with a bed if necessary. I am the only other person living here. I am looking for a responsible person, non smoker indoors, not a partier, and pretty quiet in general. we would share all common areas. There is a fenced in back yard with patio as well as a attached screened in porch great for unwinding and relaxing.
