2015-2016 year. The apartment is a 3x3 meaning you'll have your own
bedroom and bathroom. Cable and internet is included in your rent which
is $540/month; however, I am willing to pay $50 towards your rent in a
$300 lump sum as a thank you for taking over my lease. You'll have 2
cool roommates who will barely be home and there's plenty of parking
