I am looking for a female to sublease my place to for the upcoming academic year. Lease can start as early as the 1st of August, 2015 and goes upto July 31st of 2016.
Rent is $425 + utilities. (usually $40-60 per month)

It's a spacious townhouse, with 1230 sq. ft. area. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper level; living room, kitchen and an extra toilet on the main floor, and a basement. Your room would be the larger room which is very spacious at 325 sq ft.
There is free off-street parking available and it's on the 1B bus route with two bus stops just outside the apartment (one towards campus, one towards Walmart).

- The back door opens to a beautiful patio which is for the private use of apartment residents only.
- The Basement has a washer and dryer and lots of storage space.
- Large closet space in bedroom.
