Okay, so here is the deal: THIS IS NOT A SUBLEASE! This rental is through O'Neil Property Management and you have to be approved through them, as well as sign a 1 year lease. We are relocating very soon for a job opportunity and still have some time left on our lease. So what we are doing, per permission from O'Neil, is offering our unit for rent at a discounted rate that we are subsidizing. Our lease ends when your lease begins, and you will get the discounted rate for the entirety of your 1st year of your lease. This unit is available as early as May 1st. This is at a discounted rate of $585 per month - units from O'Neil are renting for $615 in the same complex. You will save $30 PER MONTH with us!! The deposit is $500 as of this posting, and it must be at least a 1 year lease term.
If you want to see the place or have any other questions, please contact us directly and we will schedule a time to show you our place. If you like it and decide to rent our place, we will refer you to the O'Neil Property Management rental office. Then you will go to their office and fill out their application/leasing process. If you go straight to them without our referral, you will be shown their other units at the full price.
THE AMENITIES:
- This is in a really great location - close to Ivy Tech, the Tippecanoe mall, and near a bus route.
- Full Size Washer and Dryer INCLUDED - no additional rent or fees! The two we have here work great! The laundry closet has nice shelving for storage.
- Spacious walk in closet for clothes and plenty of storage.
- Easy-to-clean laminate wood flooring in all of unit except the bedroom.
- Ground level unit, which means a concrete patio. Yes you can have a grill!!
- O'Neil has a great online portal that allows residents to pay rent online and submit maintenance requests. This makes it super easy to pay rent and get the occasional problem fixed for those short on time.
- These apartments were built in the late 90s/early 2000s, so the place has newer, more efficient appliances and nice cabinets. This also means you get more than one electrical outlet per room! (One on each wall)
- Two ceiling fans and many other ceiling-mounted light fixtures. This might not seem like a big deal, but it seems like almost every other apartment out there requires you to buy several lamps for each room.
- Very responsive to maintenance requests and other community concerns
- Full-sized water heater makes nice, long showers possible (not like the half-sized models you get in other apartments)
- All-electric appliances
