I am a male undergrad student looking for a male tenant to room with me next year. This lovely two bedroom apartment is located just one block away from the Engineering buildings on campus. Parking is included, so having a space for your car is a breeze. There is on-site laundry, roughly .75 cents for wash and dry each. The kitchen and bathroom were just remodeled in this unit, and the carpet was also refurbished. The bedrooms are very spacious, with plenty of room for a desk and big bed. Just off the kitchen is a little breakfast nook, and a reasonably sized living area.PLEASE NOTE: THE ADDRESS IS 444 N GRANT, NOT 454. For some reason the system wouldn't let me post the ad using 444. Although it's not that big of a deal: 444 and 454 are part of the same building.
