I am looking for a roommate starting in either December 2014 or January 2015. This is a 2 bedroom apartment, handled by Granite Property Management so it is very well kept. The apartment is already furnished, including a bed if you do not have your own. The apartment is well insulated, the trash, water, snow removal, etc are all paid for. The only thing we have to pay for is electricity and cable/internet.
The property is right by a number of restaurants and Walmart. It has a good size grassy field separating the property from U.S. 52 and a very large parking lot so no one has to worry about finding a spot to park.
