I'm looking to sublease my room in a 4 bedroom apartment in Nordheim Court to a UW student (grad/undergrad). This room would be preferable for females, as I live with 3 other girls.
The apartment itself is townhouse-style, with the kitchen, living room area, and a bathroom downstairs, and all 4 rooms with another bathroom upstairs.
The room comes furnished with a twin bed, desk, dresser, shoe rack, and a huge closet. All you will need to bring are things to fill the spaces! I haven't had an issue with space, and definitely consider myself a hoarder at times.
The room is cable/internet ready. I am willing to leave my router for the duration, I will just need it back after the lease is up.
