I m looking for someone to rent a spare room in my 1,400 sq ft home. I am located right off of interstate 65 in Dayton. It is still in Tippecanoe County and only 9.6 miles from Purdue (approx 20 min.) I am a single, straight, christian, 30 year old white female. You would have a bedroom and bathroom, also a parking spot in garage(if not a large vehicle). I have a nice fenced in back yard. No pets due to allergies. NO drugs I don't have any tolerance for them being used outside of medical needs. This would be unfurished so you would need bedroom furniture and bath room necessities. Home is set up already so no furniture outside of bedroom needed. I am looking for someone who is clean an will respect me and my home as it was your own.
