This is a beautiful bungalow style house in Lafayette near Columbian Park. We are looking for someone to rent the upstairs of the house which consists of a bedroom and a bonus room. Our current roommate uses it as a TV room but it would work as an office as well. The bathrooms are on the main floor and the basement. Washer and dryer are in the basement as well. Bathrooms and kitchen are shared but the upstairs would be entirely your own.
Street parking is always available and off-street parking is available for an additional monthly fee. In addition we are located close to bus stops for the 4A/B, 1B. and 7 routes of GoCity Bus. Though the neighborhood is quiet we are located close to lots of shopping and dining, including SuperTarget and Igloo Frozen Custard, a Lafayette tradition.
