Very nice place. First floor. Has a large
living room. It comes furnished with a couch, HD TV, entertainment
center, coffee table and end table, stools for the breakfast bar, bed with
mattress, and dresser. Wireless internet. Pets are allowed.
If you are not a pet person, I never hear dogs barking. I did not
have a pet in the apartment. With the exception of electric, the
utilities are included with the monthly rent. Electric usually runs about
$40-50 in the summer and $200 in the winter, but I tend to consume a lot of
power anyway. I really have no complaints about the place. I am
only looking to move because a job opportunity opened up back home. My
name is Logan Erbacher and my number is (618) 676-4370. Call me if you
have any questions
$1000 sign-on bonus. This is a very nice community. Not too far away from campus, but not too close either. It is about a 5-10 minute bus ride to Lilly hall. The apartment staff and maintenance crew are very helpful. I almost never hear the neighbors. With the exception of the occasional fire truck driving by it is a very quiet place. Everyone is very respectable of their surroundings. The bus stop for 4B and 8 is located directly across the street. There is a private parking lot reserved for people who live in the building.
