Units with washer/dryer installed cost much more at Granite. Also, this rate ($ 399 )is a discounted rate for previous Granite customers only. We have this rate since we opted to extend the lease in September 2013.
Connectivity
The house is walking distance from Armstrong Hall, PMU, Physics, ECE, Civil, Weathrill etc. (see map). There is ample parking space in the lot provided by Granite. Also, the 1B bus takes you to the campus and to Walmart and back throughout the week (including holidays / spring break / summer/ winter) - very convenient.
Service Requests
The units are maintained very well. granite just changed the furnace filters and AC unit. The heater is new, and the house is well insulated. Granite is prompt with service requests. We have not had many problems with the unit so far. Even something as trivial as the door knob being too tight was handled with utmost sincerity by Granite Management.

Online payment is available, and the Autopay feature makes life really simple!
Other information
We have already set up a Comcast high speed cable internet and have a wireless router. the apartment is partially furnished. The kitchen has a hardwood floor; rest of the house is carpeted. So all you have to do is connect!
