There is a washer and dryer in my apartment. You would be sharing the two bed room town home with me (a female, early twenties.) You will be signing the lease to replace a room mate that did not previously work out. The room will be available by January 1st, 2014. If you need it sooner please feel free to contact me and we can discuss other possible move in dates. The ideal room mate for me would be pet friendly, financially responsible, and somewhat tidy. Your room is spacious. You would have your very own bathroom. There is a total of 2 1/2 baths.
