The house has 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms. The house is pretty quirky with glittered ceilings, wood floors, a pink bathroom and an orange bathroom. The owner used to live in it and designed it for herself.
Available Amenities: Full kitchen (dishwasher, etc) with Washer/Dryer, Dining room, Living room.
On bus route (less than two blocks away from: 1A, 2B, 2A, Bronze Loop (during semesters, the Bronze gets you to Purdue Memorial Union in 6 mins from this busstop)) and only about a mile from most places on Purude's campus, and it's pretty close to downtown, just half a mile.
The room itself is in the basement, it measures 250 square feet and has a large closet (20ish square feet). It has a semi-private bathroom, directly in front of the room and is not used much by the other tenants. There is a lot of storage space in the basement for additional stuff, as well as a shelf right outside the room for additional storage within arms distance.
We are graduate students and would like to find either a graduate student, young professional or older undergraduate student. Cleanliness and an easy-going personality are both important :)
