Unit has all black appliances with washer and dryer hookups. Apartment has a mix of carpet in majority of common areas, wood floors in entry and kitchen, and linoleum in the bathrooms. Great apartment for room mates or a small family. Apartment is kept up with, maintenance has made repairs in timely fashion.You will sign a lease with Waterstone with my lease agreements that will replace my leasing obligations. My lease expires March 1st and will go month to month after that. Don't be shy to ask if you have any questions or concerns.
Very nice modern style community. Has great amenities and property is kept up with. Community is quiet at night with no large parties that I have heard yet. There is a mix of college students and families living here and seem to be respectful for their neighbors.Community is in a great location with easy access to the highway, shopping and eateries within 5 minutes, can be downtown in 10 minutes with easy traffic 25 minutes during rush hours.
