up. The leases start August 14, 2013 till August 2, 2014. The lease rent
is $470 Per Person. However, Campus Suites is offering the 3-bedroom
leases for $455 Per Person. Me and my boyfriend are willing to pay $30
per month each for the two leases if you take over our leases which
makes your rent $440 per month on rent. So you will get it cheaper than
Campus suites current special!! The 3-bedroom apartment rent includes
ALL UTILITIES such as electric, water, sewage, trash, wifi internet,
satellite TV, FULLY FURNISHED, clubhouse accessible 24/7, at the
clubhouse there are: (hot tub/pool/tanning bed/ basketball court/ sand
volleyball court/ gym/ pool tables/ Foosball table). It's a very
beautiful apartment community!!! Voted West Lafayette's #1 luxury
student community four years in a row!! However this place doesn't allow
pets anymore starting this new leasing year.
